Frank Prieto, Esq. opened the Law Offices of Frank Andrew Prieto, P.A., in 2007 and has quickly become one of South Florida’s premiere criminal defense lawyers. Mr. Prieto began his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney in 2001 and left his position as a prosecutor in the specialized narcotics trafficking unit in 2004. During his years as a prosecutor, Mr. Prieto gained comprehensive experience in the litigation of complex criminal enterprises, including narcotraffickers and organized retail theft. After 2004, Mr. Frank Prieto took his prosecutorial experience and applied it toward Maritime and Admiralty defense.
